My opinion is that this forum is the best place for Title IX discussions.

Any changes that Purdue, the Big Ten, or the NCAA makes in regards to
Title IX are going to have major implications on Purdue's Olympic sports.

Yes, there could be info regarding the football team, but most of this
type of news will be Olympic sports related.
