Since LoI Day is hours away, I didn't take the time to sort through the star listings for each school, but just took a look at how relative rankings of classes have changed in the past month.
Rankings are shown in "Rivals order". However, both Rivals/Scout national rankings and commitments are provided in R/S format.
The Big Ten and ND are listed in top 25 in Rivals. (So is rumored candidate Pitt) Scout ranks only three in the top 25 (and none are named ND) The relative R/S rankings of UofW and Minnesota remain a mystery as does the Scout infatuation with Indiana. (In general Scout ranks the bottom Big Ten teams higher nationally than does Rivals.) I suspect some alums are doing the rankings!
LoI Day could bring a sea change for a few schools as there are some undeclared multi-star players out there. However, Purdue appears to have no one in the wings so our Boilers are likely to drop a few notches in both rankings when the dust clears at COB on LoI Day.
