Pat Brown was governor of California before the left wing destroyed the school system. Right now the UC system is going under financially because they force all the students to take social adjustment classes that make it a 5 year program to graduate.

Cordova started off trying to add a set of "Core" Classes at Purdue but, fortunately so far hasn't been able to get it in place.
