pretty weak. Tiller must bring in 20-25 new "hires" each year who are from all parts of the country, all types of backgrounds, and oh yeah, they are 18 YEARS OLD. Most have spent their entire playing careers being the star of their team, and despite the fact they have constantly been told how good they are, he must mesh them with the 50-60 returnees who are expected to be "leaders" and role models for the new freshmen, and then after 4-5 years with the "company" they move on and he starts over again.
In addition he is expected to win, so he must take some chances on kids, and not just recruit for "character." His "employees" problems are all splattered throughout the media, and debated endlessly on message boards such as this.
And in addition to that, he must go to alumni functions and 'entertain" the crowd, and despite his requests not to post his comments, some of it will show up here, and he will be criticized for what he said.
