I downloaded one version and then was told that there was an upgrade.
So far, it appears as though some of the information is a little stale.

The street that we live on (new street 5 years ago in January) is not recognized. And, one of the businesses, down the street, that was closed
down 2 years ago is still listed in the directory.

I can live with some of these issues, as long as I know there may be
problems in advance.
