A solid performace by the Boilers, in front of a very small crowd. Purdue was down 2-0 early, but went on an 11-0 run and never trailed there after. Leading 32-12 at halftime and as much as 59-16 early in the 2nd half. Despite committing 19 turnovers, Purdue had numerous steals and blocked shots against CMU. Lowe and McKnight led Purdue in scoring with 13 points each, while Kartelo had 11 rebounds. Lowe and Teague were the only two Boilers to play over 20 minutes in the game. Purdue returns to Mackey Saturday against IPFW.
