Holloway led Dyersburg with 13 points and six rebounds in a 54-46 loss in the Tennessee state finals to then nationally ranked Mt. Juliet when she was a sophomore. She missed most of her junior season with a knee injury.

Hardin, from Calumet City in Illinois, averaged 13 points and five rebounds as a sophomore. Northwestern has received two transfers, one they can use in 2006-07 and one the year after. Northwestern has received a commitment from Paris Junior College forward Keisha Jones, and 6'2 forward Ellen Jaeschke who is transferring from Air Force. Jones, a 6'1 forward originally from Louisiana, is a two-time all-region selection for the Paris, TX school, and finished her junior college career averaging 16.3 points and 7.8 rebounds while shooting 51.5 percent from the field. Ellen Jaeschke, the cousin of New Trier's Amy Jaeschke who happens to be a Purdue target, averaged 6.6 points and 4.5 rebounds for Air Force last season as a sophomore. She decided to transfer due to a mandatory four-year military service requirement following her Air Force Academy graduation and the possibility of heading to Iraq. Academy students are allowed to transfer before their third year without penalty. Jaeschke also considered the University of Chicago.
