PURDUE MENS BASKETBALL RECRUITING:
Men's Recruiting Update: Junior All-Stars announced

    The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association has released the names of the 24 junior players chosen to be a part of the Indiana Junior All-Stars for 2006.

    The Junior All-Stars will play the Senior Indiana All-Stars in three exhibition games on June 14th, 20th and 22nd at sites still to be determined.

    The All-Stars will be split into four teams of six, one Core team that will play in each of the three games, and three regional teams who will pair with the Core Six at one of the game locations. The first game will feature the Core Six joined by the South Six for the June 14 game, followed by the North Six for the June 20 game, and the Central Six for the June 22 game.

    West Lafayette head coach Dave Wood has been picked as the head coach the Juniors. He will be assisted by Steve Johnson of Elkhart Memorial.
