The 2004 version of the Junior All-Star team has been announced, featuring names either looking at Purdue, or being looked at by Purdue, including Luke Zeller, Jordan Armstrong and Dominic James.The "core" team is a six-man squad that will play in both exhibition scrimmages against the Senior Stars. The Junior Stars will scrimmage the Senior Stars twice, June 16th and June 23rd, and will be teamed with an additional six juniors (North and South squads) for each of the two games.
Marty Echelbarger of Heritage Hills will be the coach for the 2004 Junior All-Stars. He will be assisted by David Benter of Brownstown Central and Joe Luce of Benton Central.
The sites for the scrimmages have yet to be determined.
