Beginning tomorrow, all three Purdue signees will have entered the final stretch of their individual high school careers.
Indi Johnson and Narbonne will begin the City Championships Friday. After a 18-6 regular season, Narbonne moved into the postseason as the top seed in the City Tournament. They face No. 16 Canoga Park at 7:30pm. Narbonne is the heavy favorite to win the city, as their margin of victory over the second seed team during the regular season was 56 points.
Indi Johnson is third in scoring for Narbonne with a 14.6 average, and second in rebounding with a 11.5 average. Her stats are virtually identical to those of her teammate, USC-bound Jamie Funn. Funn adds 14.9 points and 12.2 rebounds beside Johnson in the post. Narbonne is lead by junior point guard Camille LeNoir, averaging 17.9 points and 7.6 assists per game.
