A little info on who has announced for other Big Ten schools lately...
Illinois has added two more quality recruits from the Illinois junior class. The first is 6'10 Brian Cook, son of former NBA veteran Norm Cook. Cook averages 15 points and 9 rebounds for Lincoln. He is rated as the best player in the Illinois junior class and is considered a top50 national prospect. Finally, a quality big man for the Illini. Also gained recently was a verbal commitment from 6'1 Jerrance Howard of Peoria Central. Howard was recruited by a host of schools and is ranked at #94 by Hoop Scoop. Howard looks to get plenty of time on the floor as fellow guard recruit Frankie Williams is not expected to qualify and may spend time at a junior college for two years. Howard, on the other hand, is an honor student.
