Ok... Rylan Hainje, 6'5 230lbs... A.T. Simpson, 6'5 215lbs. So just who was that after the John Purdue Club picnic in Indianapolis in July? After Simpson was mentioned on this site a few days ago, I was told that it may not have been Hainje talking to the coaches. It could have been Simpson. The kid was around 6'5, and was wearing a Cathedral Football t-shirt. A.T. Simpson is one of the top receivers in the nation. He is the tallest of the Top 20 receivers by NRA rankings, and one of the fastest. Since my source had never met the kid, and the coaches would not talk about who it was, it could have very well been Simpson. Both Simpson and Hainje were on the Spiece South 17 summer roster with Rodney Smith, Maynard Lewis, and John Allison.
