Junior All-Star basketball player and member of the top ranked Cathedral football squad Rylan Hainje announced today that he would attend Butler University in Indianapolis. Speculation is that Hainje's first love is basketball, and Purdue was primarily recruiting him for football. Purdue will continue to take at look at Cathedral for football, as A.T. Simpson (a 6'5 speedy receiver) is getting calls from everywhere. Purdue will have to battle schools like Notre Dame and Tennessee for his services, two schools who have the kid as a top recruiting target.
