The Purdue coaching staff not only has been on the road recruiting, several Indiana's finest young talent have been making their own trips to West Lafayette. Fort Wayne big man Lewis Curry was at Purdue this month on an unofficial visit. Speculation is he would accept a scholarship offer if Purdue makes one.
At the Michigan game behind the bench were Bruce Parkinson and his son Austin, who were identified by former Boiler guard Dick Satterfield. Also at the same game were John Allison, along with Indianapolis metro's top three-point shooter (.580) Martin Brothers of Arlington HS.
