Trying to get in plenty of scouting before the beginning of the postseason, Frank Kendrick traveled to Terre Haute to see Maynard Lewis and then to Fort Wayne for a visit with Cameron Stephens. Joining Kendrick at the Ben Davis sectional was Coach Keady, who watched Rodney Smith and Pike HS fall to the defending state champs Ben Davis. They reportedly did not stay for the following game featuring Krunti Hester. Also taking a look at Stephens recently was Bruce Weber who was in Fort Wayne watching sectional action.
Rumor has it that the Boilers are looking at a new wing prospect around 6'4 in the Fort Wayne area.
