There was a buried quote in today's Journal and Courier about the incoming freshman class from Chad Austin. "They're young, but they're very talented," junior guard Chad Austin said. "I think we have more talent than we had last year, but we're not as experienced. Once we get to know how each other plays, I think we'll be a very good team."
All players on the team, according to Coach Keady, are eligible and healthy. Luther Clay has indeed returned, but he actually never left. He helped out with the summer camps this year and was around campus frequently. He and Mosi Barnes were having lunch on campus together on Tuesday. And yes, Barnes is a legitimate 6'0, unless I have shrunk some over the summer.
