Oaks Christian predictably has been led by the two-headed backcourt monster of Michelle Clark and Chelsea Carlisle, but not so predictable has been the close losses and dropping from a preseason No. 5 ranking to falling out of the top twenty. The duo of Clark and Carlisle, after combining for 443 three-point attempts last season, still trade off high score honors this season and lead the Ventura County area with three-point attempts. Clark is averaging 17.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.4 steals per game through 19 games, shooting 40-percent from the field, 32-percent from the perimeter while maintaining a 1.2-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio. Oaks Christian is currently 10-9 on the season.

1/25 - Oaks Christian 63, Nordhoff 32: Oaks Christian extended their win streak to five games defeating Nordhoff by 31 points. Clark had 15 points, 12 off three-pointers, five rebounds, two assists, three steals and two blocked shots. Clark's assist-to-turnover ratio in the last four games has improved to 2.3-to-1.

1/23 - Oaks Christian 76, Bishop Diego 32: Clark led all scorers with 24 points, seven rebounds and six assists, and Carlisle hit for a double-double with 23 points and 11 assists.

1/16 - Oaks Christian 49, Oak Park 35: Chelsea Carlisle had 16 points and nine rebounds and Michelle Clark scored 14 points as Oaks Christian improved their record to 7-9 on the season.

1/13 - Oaks Christian 45, LaCanada 39: Michelle Clark and Chelsea Carlisle each scored 15 points in the upset for No. 19 Oaks Christian of Westlake Village.

1/9 - Oaks Christian 53, St Bonaventure 34: Clark had 12 points, five steals and four assists in the win. Oaks Christian was led in scoring by Chelsea Carlisle's 19 points.

1/6 - Oaks Christian 53, Nordhoff 54: Chelsea Carlisle missed a halfcourt bomb at the buzzer and Nordhoff squeaked by with the one point victory. Carlisle led Oaks with 19 points and Clark followed with 17 points.

12/21 - Oaks Christian 68, Newbury Park 66: Clark finished with 25 points and Carlisle hit four three-pointers on her way to 24 points in the Lions' 68-66 victory over Newbury Park at the Santa Barbara tournament.

12/7 - Oaks Christian 58, Newbury Park 66: Clark hit eight three-pointers and finished with 35 points, but it wasn't enough to prevent Newbury Park from beating the Lions 66-58 in pool play at the Buena tournament.

11/28 - Oaks Christian 56, Santa Barbara 52: Oaks Christian opened the season with a 56-52 victory over Santa Barbara. Michelle Clark had a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
